Fellowship One Performance Issues
At 8:10am our monitoring began to indicate that Fellowship One was suffering from some fairly substantial performance issues.
Fellowship Technologies has acknowledged this issue and is actively working towards a resolution.

- LifeKIDS check-in (Slow performance, timing out, application not opening)
- Good News Stand
- F1 Portal at portal.fellowshipone.com
- Online Giving at lifechurch.tv/giving

Update: 9:30am
Our monitoring still indicates response time challenges with Fellowship One. We’re receiving response times anywhere from 10000ms to 60000 ms. That’s anywhere from 10 seconds to one minute to respond to one request.
Update: 10:00am
We’re finding that typing in the barcode (instead of scanning) and using “Rapid Check-in” seems to maximize the chances of the transaction completing.

Fellowship Technologies has made some changes and are hoping that this resolves the issues. We’re seeing moderate improvements on our end, hoping these continue - however Orion is still reporting >10000ms response times on F1 HTTPS traffic.
